Patient Billing

If you have dental insurance, we will gladly bill your insurance company for services that are performed in our office.  However, payment for your percentage is due the day services are performed.  If you do not have dental insurance, full payment is expected the day services are performed.  If you are having major dental work done such as crowns or prosthesis involving more than one appointment, we ask for half of the charges at the first appointment with the balance due the day the case is placed

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit.   We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.  Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
